integration coaching

it starts with trusting yourself again

You’re not missing the answers. You’re (re)learning how to source them from yourself.

It’s no secret we’re living in an era of way too much input—more information than we ever needed or wanted; more opinions than we can reasonably metabolize; more ways to second-guess something we felt in our body five minutes earlier.

We are inundated with information—advice, frameworks, interpretations, strategies. Even about ourselves. (Especially about ourselves.)

And suddenly, that sense of inner knowing that used to arrive without needing much translation is competing with everything else you’ve been told to consider.

Luckily, even in the middle of all of that noise, your intuition didn’t just disappear. It didn’t leave you or get replaced by something less reliable.

But it did get much harder to access, didn’t it?

Stop outsourcing “what to do” and start trusting what is already true for you.

We’ve been trained to turn everything into a question of “how.”

How do I fix this? How do I choose right? How do I make sure I don’t mess it up? How do I do this like people who seem way more certain about this whole life thing than I do?

But “how” has a sneaky way of becoming another place to hide, and the search for clarity becomes somewhere to mentally stay in motion so you don’t have to ground in what you’re actively feeling.

But what if it’s not clarity you’re missing? What if it’s just access to your own life that’s evading you?

AKA, the human on the other side of this

hi friend, i'm jess!

I’m someone who has spent a LOT of time learning what it’s like to feel slightly outside of myself while my life is happening—thinking through it, improving it, trying to get it “right”... and occasionally wondering when I was going to actually be in it.

My work as a holistic life coach came out of my own process of finding proximity to myself.

Change rarely happens in a dramatic, everything-morphed-overnight way, and my return to self was no different. It happened in small, incremental moments where I started noticing what I was feeling before I talked myself

out of it. Where I stopped needing so much certainty before I could trust a single next step. Where things slowly started to feel more… mine.

Now I spend my days working with other people in that same state where you’re capable, self-aware, doing your best and then some, and still—somehow— questioning or invalidating your own experience.

I’m not here to turn you into a different version of yourself. I’m here to help you locate yourself within your own life be curious about the next version of yourself.

Come into synthesis with your whole person-ness

Maybe you’re not confused in the way you think that you are (or that you’ve been made to believe you are by all of that input).

Maybe you’re just overinvolved in thinking about your life and under-involved in actually being in it—with all of its sensations and satisfactions—while it actually happens.

The fact of the matter is: you can’t keep thinking your way around something that wants to be felt. And you certainly can’t continue to relate to yourself in bits and pieces, either.

Considering the part of you that is anxious, but not the part of you that is intuitive. Analyzing the part of you that feels uncertain, but not staying long enough with the part that already knows. Trying to optimize the behavior, the decision, the outcome—but never pausing to notice the whole internal ecosystem those things are even coming from.

When your relationship to yourself exists in fragments, everything starts to feel more complicated than it actually is and you stay in optimizing mode, rather than dropping into your life so it can feel the way you actually want it to.

what integration coaching achieves in practice

Integration coaching is where those parts of you stop being treated like “problems” and start being experienced as one continuous, living system that you can stay in relationship with.

You show up to your relationships with a shit ton more confidence because you now know the truth of your inner knowing can't be wavered by a little conflict. You take risks in your career without the accompanying anxiety because there's intrinsic alignment keeping you steady. You show up more magnetic and self-assured in leadership roles because you sense the somatic cues to know when you're staying with yourself.

Every part of you finally begins to work in tandem with your inner truth.

"I expected for this to be a sort of advice forum where a coach just tells me what to do and I do it. It was a much greater experience learning that really I was finding the answers within myself, and Jess as a coach was there to provide space, act as a mirror in a lot of ways, and really help facilitate my own inner learnings."

"Jess encouraged me to inquire into what precisely developing self-trust entails, leading me to craft a definition that resonated with my own experiences and values. i felt understood, affirmed, and and cheered on for each breakthrough along the way."

"I truly enjoyed the coaching experience. I am glad I went in with an open mind not knowing what I was expecting but wanting a change of some kind. I felt stagnant and it helped me get unstuck and provided a container for forward movement and gave me a new found interest in astrology and the elements"

"I now fully feel like I understand habits and loops that I revert to and am now able to break them because I know I am doing them and am pre- dispositioned to do them.

I would tell a friend: If you want to better understand yourself and how you can really get out of your own way 100% work with Jess, she is a gem and really helps you paint the whole picture of you and what can be possible for you in this season."

what happens when self trust becomes your default

When that shift (back) to self happens, things start to feel noticeably different

You stop needing three different opinions before trusting your own.

You stop needing three different opinions before trusting your own.

You no longer re-open decisions you already felt clear about a week ago, just to make sure you didn’t miss something.

You stop treating uncertainty like a sign that something is wrong with you.

You notice that you’re not abandoning yourself mid-experience as often.

You stop feeling the need to consult a how-to or framework because you know full well that’s not where you’ll find yourself.

You release the implicit pressure to ‘do more’ and expand into your capacity to hold the present, instead.

Your insights actually get lived instead of staying in your head as yet another concept sans integration.

You co-create your own evolution instead of behaving like an innocent bystander to your own experience.

You’re less likely to step outside of your own life to analyze it while it’s happening, and more likely to stay in contact with what’s actually true for you in real time.

You show up to your work and relationships with a shit ton more confidence and self-knowing.

And over time, something really simple in theory, but life-altering in practice happens: you start to trust yourself in motion, not just in hindsight.

A 3 or 6 month return to yourself

I can tell you this much: our time working together will not be spent gathering more insight or prescribing more tools.

We work in real time with what’s present for you: your patterns, your decisions, your emotional loops, your intuitive hits, your resistance, your timing, your clarity… and the exact moments you tend to enter into negotiations with yourself.

All of it is re-connection work—a return to coherence between knowing and living.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (BUT MAKE THEM HUMAN)

A little practical context for your decision-making brain

Q: Is this therapy?

A: No. This is not therapy and not a replacement for clinical mental health support. This is holistic life coaching and integrative work focused on both your present experience and your future—your patterns, your internal signals, and how you relate to yourself while your life is actually unfolding.

Q: Do I need to be “good at astrology” for this to make sense?

A: Not at all! Astrology will at times be referenced be used as a language for timing, patterns, and context, but you don’t need prior knowledge or belief in it for the work to be useful. We always start with your lived experience first.

Q: What if I’m seeing a lot of myself in these words, but I’m not sure what I would specifically want to work on in our three or six months together?

A: Completely normal! Clarity is something that tends to emerge inside the process, not something you need to bring in already organized. We’ll start with what is active and present, and we’ll go from there!

Q: How is this different from other coaching or self-development work?

A: Whereas other programs likely lean more prescriptive and structured, and add more frameworks or strategies to your already-saturated mind, my work helps filter and digest all of the awareness you already have into a deeper, more settled relationship with the life you’re already living.

Q: What does a coaching session actually look like?

A: At its core? A deeply intentional and curious conversation.

Sometimes we focus on a specific topic connected to your larger coaching goals, but more often than not, we start with what feels most present for you right now. That’s usually where the most relevant stuff is living.

You share, I ask questions, notice connections, reflect back what I’m hearing, and help you unravel what’s sitting underneath the surface of your experience. Together, we get curious about the whole person-ness of you— the thoughts, emotions, physiological responses, desires, and patterns interacting beneath it.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s true for you, along with something tangible to carry forward: an insight, a shift, a grounded next step, or simply the feeling of finally being able to hear yourself again.

Q: What qualifies you to do this work?

A: A combination of formal training, lived experience, and a considerable level of curiosity about what it means to be a human being having a human experience.

My coaching practice is grounded in the ethics and framework of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I’m certified as an ACC-level coach through the Holistic Coach Institute. That training shaped the way I approach people as whole systems—not just minds with problems to solve, but humans with bodies, emotions, intuition, histories, relationships, patterns, energy, and very real lived experiences that all inform one another.

My astrological foundation comes from Debra Silverman’s Applied Astrology School, which emphasizes making astrology practical, psychological, and deeply relatable instead of overly technical or detached from real life. Her work gave me a strong foundation in translating complex astrological concepts into something people can actually recognize themselves inside of.

I’ve also supplemented that education through ongoing self-study, mentorship, and years of working directly with clients in real time—which, honestly, is where some of the deepest learning happens.

And because your body is part of your life (one of the biggest, in fact), I’m also a 300-hour certified yoga teacher with a deeply somatic lens toward this work. Practices like breathwork, grounding, nervous system awareness, meditation, and embodiment are often woven naturally into our sessions when supportive.

At the core of all of it, though, my work has nothing to do with positioning myself as the authority on your life and everything to do with helping you access your own relationship with it more clearly.

let's put it in human terms

A CHEAT CODE FOR BEING A PARTICIPANT IN YOUR OWN LIFE AGAIN

You’re already living your life, that much is perfectly clear. You can even look at your life and call it ‘pretty fucking good.’ In fact, you worked hard to be able to call it pretty fucking good.

But you’re just not fully in it.

Integration coaching helps you catch that pattern in real time and come back into contact with yourself while things are happening, not after the fact.

Think less “how do I solve myself?” and more “how do I stay with myself?”
