What if you didn’t have to (over)think your way back to yourself anymore?

You’re here because you can feel that something is asking for your attention. But instead of slowing down enough to listen, you’ve tried to turn the experience into a mental trapper keeper with 36 tabs—each one of them insisting they’re more important than the other.

Meanwhile, your intuition is somewhere in the background like: “Hello??????? You DO know I gave you the answer already, right?”

Whether you’re interested in a custom reading, have a general inquiry about one of my offers, or are an astrologer applying for mentorship, I’m excited to meet you where you are.

frequently asked questions

because we're big on clarity around here

q: What qualifies you to do this work?

A: A combination of formal training, lived experience, and a considerable level of curiosity about what it means to be a human being having a human experience.

My coaching practice is grounded in the ethics and framework of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I’m certified as an ACC-level coach through the Holistic Coach Institute. That training shaped the way I approach people as whole systems—not just minds with problems to solve, but humans with bodies, emotions, intuition, histories, relationships, patterns, energy, and very real lived experiences that all inform one another.

My astrological foundation comes from Debra Silverman’s Applied Astrology School, which emphasizes making astrology practical, psychological, and deeply relatable instead of overly technical or detached from real life. Her work gave me a strong foundation in translating complex astrological concepts into something people can actually recognize themselves inside of.

I’ve also supplemented that education through ongoing self-study, mentorship, and years of working directly with clients in real time—which, honestly, is where some of the deepest learning happens.

And because your body is part of your life (one of the biggest, in fact), I’m also a 300-hour certified yoga teacher with a deeply somatic lens toward this work. Practices like breathwork, grounding, nervous system awareness, meditation, and embodiment are often woven naturally into our sessions when supportive.

At the core of all of it, though, my work has nothing to do with positioning myself as the authority on your life and everything to do with helping you access your own relationship with it more clearly.

Q: Do I need to understand astrology to work with you?

A: Not at all. You don’t need prior knowledge, just curiosity. My work meets you where you are—whether you’re completely new or already familiar with your chart or energetics. That being said, if you'd like to learn more about astrology... there's a blog for that!

Q: What do people usually come to you for?

A: Most people come when something in their life feels like it’s shifting—decision points, identity transitions, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they’re not as “in it” as they could be. Others come simply wanting deeper self-understanding or more trust in their own timing and direction.

Q: How does your work differ from an astrology reading I could get literally anywhere else?

A: Not only do I speak in practical, relatable language, but my work is focused on helping you actually integrate— so it translates into real decisions, grounded self-trust, and a clearer relationship with your life as it is right now. You can learn more about my astrology readings here.

Q: I’m not sure what I need. Can I still reach out?

A: Absolutely You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. If something in you is asking for support, that’s enough information to start the conversation, here.
